Getting Started:
To start the process of finding you your perfect candidate we require a non refundable referral fee of $500. This referral fee is required in addition to the placement fees. Once you have had your consultation, paid the referral fee and signed an industry-standard contract we will then begin your candidate search.
Our Placement Fee: Due Upon Hire
Our placement fees cover all your household needs, with no hidden costs. Placement fees are due when both parties have signed an offer letter.

- 2 thorough interviews with the candidates
- Detailed profiles with overview of work experience, education, skills, reference checks and more.
- In depth childcare employment reference checks ( up to 4)
- Scheduling assistance for interviews
- Salary/ Benefit negotiation assistance
- Family Agreement assistance
- Rigorous background check with private investigative company
- Each permanent placement comes with a Guarantee (depending on which package you choose)
- Referrals for domestic payroll companies
- Complimentary follow-up calls post hire
Temporary Placement
$30/day Booking Fee
Temporary care placements are designed for families who require immediate or future help on single occasions. This includes special events, date night, Hotel/ out of town guests,last minute cancelations, scheduling emergencies and the alike. The sitter is paid directly at a minimum of $18/hour. plus valet (if no safe parking is available) or parking reimbursement. If the sitter transports the child(ren) in his/her own vehicle, mileage reimbursement will be at the IRS rate.
$30/day booking fee paid to Muddy Puddles.
$40/day if booked under 48 hours to start time.
Nanny Share
Each family will register as a client and pay the referral fee based on the placement package.
There is ONE placement fee, to be split among the families.
Guarantee/replacement period and included babysitting membership is determined by the placement package selected.
Our Guarantee For Permanent Placements
You will receive a FREE replacement during the guarantee period from the nanny’s start date and a 50% discount if a replacement is required up to 2 months after the guarantee period of the initial start date.
