How It Works

We Do The Work

We take the time to get to know you, your goals, and the general flow of your family life. We then take our time to ensure we make the most informed decision on who will be the ideal candidate(s) for your family.

We utilize the most up-to-date and thorough screening to ensure that you are getting only quality candidates.

We then send them to you for final approval.

For each candidate you will receive an overview, a head-shot, and personal notes as to why each candidate was selected for your family.

Trust and Safety

All applicants must demonstrate that they’re reliable, nurturing, experienced, trustworthy, skilled, professional and excellent at what they do. They are required to provide proof and documents to back up all of their claims- and we take further and thorough steps ensuring that those claims are true by doing comprehensive background checks on the candidates and carefully checking all references.

How It Works

Step One: Tell us what you are looking for

On-Line:
We have you fill out our family intake form, this give us the foundational information about your family, your goals, and what you are looking for in a candidate.

Over the phone:
Next, one of our family intake coordinators will give you a call to follow up on anything we are unclear on, and to get to know you a little more.

Step Two: The Vetting and Screening Process

We begin the search for your perfect candidate by using our internal candidate pool. If we need to reach out from there we will use our professional connection and screening process.

Did you know?

Each of our candidates are screened on several key assessments to ensure they are meeting our top-shelf standards.

Step Three: Candidate Review

We will only send you the best candidates that meet your needs and wants. We will include a professional candidate review which includes work history, head shot, and additional information on why they are one of our top picks.  You will get to review each candidate an make a selection on who you want to interview. We know that you can’t make a final decision simply by what you see on paper, you will need to “meet” each candidate that you choose. This will help you make a final decision.

Step Four: Working Interview/Hiring

Once you have made the final selection, we encourage our families to take part in a working interview.
This is a time for you to watch your chosen candidate interact with you and your children.

This helps prevent two hurdles:
1- “Nanny Remorse” which can happen when you have what looks to be the perfect choice but they just don’t seem to connect with your family in person.
2- Deciding Between Two Top-Choices
Sometimes there are just two really good candidates and it is hard to choose one via a single interview. This gives you a chance to see both top choices in action before making a final selection.

Step Five: HIRING YOUR NEW NANNY

When you are ready to hire the best candidate, notify us and we will draft up an offer letter to present to the candidate. Next, the new nanny will go through an extensive background check before their first day of work. Once the candidate clears their background check, we will collect the Placement Fee.
